I am Jamshed khan having Master in Statistics, bachelor of Education and Diploma in information Technology (DIT). I have experience in World Health organization (WHO) as Union Council Polio Officer (UC Field Monitor) since 7th April 2014 to 31 january 2019. I have worked as Union Council Polio officer in Chip Training and Consulting since 1st February 2019 to 28 February 2021. Currently I am working as Tehsil Polio Officer in Chip training and consulting since 5th April 2021 to till date. In Education as Internee for one year, having creative thinking and ability to motivate myself and team members to achieve goals. A Resolute leader with demonstrated, analytical and inter personal communication skills in team work negotiation and Event management. Holds good interpersonal skills and has professional approach towards work commitments. Having experience of Monitoring,Supervision, Reporting, Evaluation, Data collection, Data analysis, Data Management, Trainings and AFP Surveillance. Community Engagement sessions, Stakeholders and Influential sessions, Religious Leaders sessions and School Sessions etc. I have worked in the development and social sector for almost 10 years with different international organizations and having experience in Education, Health, EEF and WHO along with general management. Further I have good communication, organizational, analytical, supervision, training, monitoring and Evaluation skills. I have also worked as a Trainer to train the UC level Health, Comnet and WHO staff for more than 9 years, and as a Trainer to train the Distict level Health, comnet and WHO staff for 9 years.
