EBTS: ( Enterprise Businesses and Technology Solutions ) is a US based IT solutions provider. My job role is primarily for Linux HA Clusters ( SUSE and Redhat ) based on Azure Cloud. I work with customer tickets and provide solution for the issue they may have faced with their HA Clusters. I also support for Linux OS ( Redhat, SUSE, Ubuntu ) for day to day queries and help customer solve their issues on Azure Cloud.
DatumSquare is an IT solution provider . My job role was to provide solution to clients and also support for internal technical tasks on day to day basis.

SafeSchool : https://www.safeschools.com/ is a solution to ensure students safety while they are in schools .
Requirement:
Safeschool web app was running on physical servers but they were not able to handle burst amount of traffic on certain times. Goal was to design a solution for them that could handle burst amount of traffic ( approx 10Milion/Minute ).
Solution:
I designed and provisioned the solution with AWS Cloud. Elastic Bean Stalk environment was used for web requests ( ec2 instances behind ALB ). Amazon Aurora Server-less was use for Database that could handle bulk amount of requests and could scale capacity as per the traffic requirements. ALB Auto-scalling was set up with crons to scale up/down on need basis.
Ringleader [ https://ringleader.co/ ] Ringleader is VOIP services provider. I worked with the them to help to provide support on their Linux server and also help them integrate their existing solutions by using Dell Boomi. I also completed my Dell Boomi Certification during the time.
Web Applications and Data Integration Company (WADIC) is a software solutions provider. My role as Senior DevOps engineer was to work closely with developers and help them deploy their codes and troubleshoot issues on servers. Using Ansible I created automated scripts for developers workspace creation on QA Server. i.e.( Website preparation and creating a user space for developer’s testing on QA server. )
Cloudways offers managed web hosting with major Cloud Companies including (AWS, GC, Linod, DO, etc) . as upstream providers. As Principal Engineer my Job role is to assure maximum uptime to customers web portals and assist and solve their issue. This support is provided both on Live Chat and via Support Tickets.
