Ambulance Operations:
Prepare daily status report of ambulances (ALS/BLS), key points, off-road vehicles
Responsible for coordinating and corresponding via wireless communication with ambulances near station and dispatching them in case Command and Control cannot directly correspond with the ambulances
Responsible for Ambulance refueling in the absence of fleet management staff
Inspects the ambulances in full detail in the absence of Station Supervisor
Reporting of faulty ambulance equipment for rectification
Incident reporting to line manager
Station Operations
Tallies invoices and ensures it reconciles with data entry
Transfers patient data entry from patient response forms into an electronic form
Develops reports on RTA/First aid cases on a daily basis
Ensures management of medicines and store inventory
Receives and counter-signs all Response Forms and Handing- taking over forms from previous shift Resolves all deficiencies/faults or forward them to line management, ensuring all forms are adequately filed.
Highlights and reports all issues/problems on a daily basis related to Ambulances and Station during his shift hours to the Station Supervisor. This has to be in the form of a document or email.
People Management:
Ensures attendance and coverage for all staff absences.
Implements all Human Resources Policies and Disciplinary Procedures
Provide support to ensure that procurements are made as per procurement policy including services like printing services, building and equipment maintenance services, travel and hotel services etc.
Provide support to manage stock of expendable supplies and proper inventory of the equipment, furniture and vehicles at/ under the direct control of Regional Centre.
Prepare and update inventory status report monthly and quarterly basis.
Oversees the SPO vehicles management, including daily duties of vehicles/drivers and proper maintenance and smooth functioning of vehicles.
Prepare quarterly vehicle maintenance reports when ever required.
Prepare quarterly time sheet summary and monthly leave status of all staff to HR Unit SPO NC respectively.
Prepare itineraries and make travel arrangements for official staff travel.
Prepare and update staff personal file and HR data..
Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures to comply with local regulations and industry standards
Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE practices
Support incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences
