Assist in coordinating and conducting the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of project activities related to agricultural livelihoods (Agricultural Schemes, Farmers’ Field Schools, Exposure Visits etc).
Support economic livelihoods and capacity-building activities for partner communities.
Carry out different types of need assessments and surveys as and when required for the project implementation. Carry out different analysis of agricultural value chains, comparative economic analysis of different crops, and compiling of reports.
Implement project activities like development of village development plans, enterprise development and assess the situation for the innovative schemes in the livelihood sector.
Oversee the maintenance and submission of project management tools to ensure quality implementation of all agriculture projects and activities in a timely fashion. Develop case studies and success stories of training participants.
Submit program-related reports as required.

Key Tasks & Achievements:
Carried out recovery of livelihood of activities in four newly merged district of FATA including Mohmand, Khyber, Bajaur and Kurram through distribution of poultry pullets & CFW (Cash For Work). Distributed agricultural tools, fertilizer, seed and pesticide to poor vulnerable farmers in District Muzaffargarh. Remained engaged in USAID/FAO agriculture & livestock input distribution to 50,000 conflict affected, poor beneficiaries.
As Agro project focal and technical expert, supervise design and implementation of agriculture recovery program focused on IDPs and displaced population in District Tank funded by UNHCR.
Responsibilities included to visit all UCs of Tank and review and assess (i) intensification and diversification of field and horticultural crops, including livestock activity; (ii) cereal crops seed multiplication on farmers field; (iii) participatory research approach; (iv) revolving funds for input-output marketing; (v) farmers training, (vi) IPM, (vii) private nurse sires, (viii) communication supports, and (ix) support to line departments etc. and also assess to what extent the project has been successful in having a complimentarily between various donor-funded projects in order to best utilize the scares resources, avoid duplication and ensure costs effectiveness.
