Operation Management:
• Smooth operations of Technical Store on 24/7.• Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standards • Complying with the company’s policies and vision. • Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products. • Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency. • Safeguards warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols. • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation laws and requirements. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. • Setting operational standards for all staff to follow (ISO, HACCP, BRC) • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. • Take charge of stock control and warehouse organization. • Regularly update the data storage system. • Prepare annual budget including (OT, REVEX & CAPEX). and monthly monitoring. • Organize and assign the roles, and oversee employees (for other roles, see what is a store associate) • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees. • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc). • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Inventory Management: • Weekly MRP run for selective inventory and controlling. • Implement Inventory reduction campaign through standardization working. • Managing excess and ageing stock Via SAP report. • Min Max level revision activity quarterly. • Technical spares write off activity annually with user coordination. • Utilization of slow moving, used, dead, old CAPEX and FOC material. • PR approve and proceed of all spares and general item after review available stock, annual consumption, minimum stock levels and pending PR. • Accuracy of inventory such as transaction cycles are completed on time & stock verification. Leadership & Team Building: • Supervise and motivate all staff. • Help in setting the standard of Team Performance. • Achieve set goals according to established KPI’s. • Ensure Quality perspective & stack holder satisfaction. • Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their required tasks. • Monitor, evaluate and improve the performance and efficiencies of staff, agents and vendors. • Maintain strong communications with all stakeholders in the business. Budgeting: •To ensure maintain a budget in almost every field as per inventory policy. • Take cost saving initiative such as reduction in overtime & cut down the excess purchases. • Monitoring the duty roster and attendance of team

Inventory Management:• Inventory management and production scheduling.• Established ABC's classification system to manage high/fast-moving items effectively and introduced weekly inventory management meeting to resolve inventory issues.• Incorporated LEAN Inventory management methodologies. Analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of inventory management programs.
Production Planning:• Monthly production plan against sales forecast with review safety stock.• Scrutinize the warehouse wise sales and stock on daily basis for future plan.
• Monitoring the production Vs targets to ensure for warehouse wise stock availability and maintain stock level as per inventory policy.• Ensure the creation of batch wise production plan and IR via Oracle process manufacturing.• Coordination with R&D Department for decides the time of product trial.• Coordination with CSD Department for ware house wise stock availability.
Material Resource Planning:• Assisted in the development and implementation of excel based material planning.• Planning Raw and Packing Material based on Quarterly Sales Forecast.• Scheduling of Raw & Packing Material for controlling the Inventory as per ABC classification.• Monitoring issuance, receiving and stock level of raw & packing material.• Monitoring and reporting abnormal wastage and deviation from PCC of RM & PM.• Coordination with Procurement Department for on time deliveries of RM & PM.• Coordination with R&D Department for changes in standard consumption (PCC).• Coordination with MIS Department for development of ERP reports related to pendingmaterial deliveries, material consumption and stocks level.
Export Production Planning:• Planning for International Business production requirement against the confirmed order.• Monitoring daily export production against the target.• Coordination with Production and Export team for order completion and container of stuffing.• Coordination with Procurement & Export Department for customized material arrangement.• Coordination with Procurement Department for timely availability of export PM.Secondary Responsibilities were:• WCM (Weekly Coordination Meeting) for discussing production against target performance.• PRE-S&OP meeting with Production team for discussing the monthly production targets.• Weekly Purchase and Procurement Meeting for discussing material issues.• Attend the Meeting with Marketing and Brand Manager for new product launching,campaign, Future plan, new designed material availability, production capacities and old / Discontinue material consumption.• Attend NPD / EPD meeting participant of all concern managers.• Final S&OP meeting with Sales, Export and marketing team for monthly forecastconfirmation.• Monthly Production performance presentation.
Production Planning Responsibilities were;• Monthly production plan against sales forecast• Monitoring of Stock and Production Plan on Daily basis against sales Vis DSR.• Monitoring the production targets to follow-up regarding running sales and stock in hand.• Monitoring SKU wise sale• Coordinates with procurement department for quick delivery of required materials.• Daily production addition in ERP System which is added by Production Floor Manager.
Secondary Responsibilities were;• Monthly Forecast meeting with Sales team for production confirmation.• Monthly Export meeting with Export for production confirmation.
Export Production Responsibilities were;• Planning for material and production of Export firmed orders.• Monitoring of requirements of committed order regarding production process andpackaging material’s printing as required with coordination of Commercial.• Communicate to all concerns Specially QA, for required standard by Importer.• Monitoring Export transfer to warehouse.• Monitoring Export loading at the time of order dispatch.
• Arrange all type of export samples and dispatched to Export Department as perrequirements.Secondary Responsibilities were;• Monthly Forecast meeting with Sales team for production confirmation.• Monthly Export meeting with Export for production confirmation.
Responsibilities were;• Analyzing of production plan as per targets.• Shifts manage on Production Floor.
• Manage the quality production with minimum wastage.• Monthly production plan against sale forecast, review on daily basis and plan according tomaterial availability, capacity and web stock availability.• Compile the machine downtime reports and due to failure in machines plan alternate.• Coordinate with procurement department for required packaging and raw materials.
Responsibilities were;• Preparing of monthly production plan against sales forecast.• Monitoring of Stock and Production Plan on Daily basis.• Monitoring sale of products SKUs wise as well as production for which must co-ordinatescommercial department also to ensure quick delivery of required material (Raw & Packaging).• Daily production addition in ERP System which is added by Production Floor Manager.• Maintain and Monitoring daily Forecast report of Production, Sales, and Stock etc.
Responsibilities were;• Preparing analysis report of Packaging Material & Product Wastage.• Monitoring the finished goods stock inventory for sufficiency and FIFO.• Monthly Recycling Production report mail.• Monthly RO Plant production report mail.• Maintain the all documentation related to Production dept.• Monitoring efficiency and maintenance of all type of Printers using in production process.• Maintain all reports regarding Bills, Technical reports etc. also report to Head officeregarding all technical jobs.
