Purchasing / Local / Import

 Work with production requirements and perform supply chain planning.
 Collaborate with sourcing team and follow through purchasing process.
 Assess and analyze production needs based on forecasted demands and supply constraints.
 Monitoring purchasing prices, checking estimates and investigating any overcharges.
Inventory Management:


 Entering Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders.
 Daily maintenance of the company’s inventory system.
 The control of Stock to ensure product availability at all times at required levels, maintaining
no Out of Stocks.
 Responsibility for Stock Accuracy in ERP system.
 Manage the replenishment process and recommend improvements as necessary.
 Conducting business analysis of current Inventory and historical usage to include
management reporting.


Material Planning / Ordering:
 Material ordering of imported items.
 Preparing monthly orders for materials of Sheet Metal and CKD Items
 Preparing monthly order for Sheet metal Special item.
 Collects stocks and work in process for all above mentioned items from system updated
ledger report and physically from concerned area.
 Making material studies of above items for OEM Customers
 Getting management approval on PFI for process of L/C.
 Timely process of L/C and T/T Remittances and follow ups for further proceedings.
 Prepares purchase orders and gets Management approval for ordering of materials to
suppliers.

 Establishes purchase requisition of prepared order in ERP.
 Prepares Purchase orders & Releases in ERP.
 All related work in ERP (Oracle).
 Timely prepares orders for all OEM’S.
