I am Mirbaz Ali Khan, a graduate of Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) with an M.Ed. in teacher education, completed in December 2018. I earned my B.Ed. from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in 2015. Currently, I am working at the Government Elementary College of Education (managed by Durbeen), Hussainabad, Karachi, teaching courses on Assessment, Test Development and Evaluation, and regional languages to 4-year student-teachers.
In addition to teaching, I am leading one of the compassion projects that works to foster compassion between administrative staff and students on campus, and i am also serving as a member of the Disciplinary, Academic Writing (AWC), and Library Committees. I have over 8 years of teaching experience across various institutions, where I have taught a range of courses in schools, colleges, and universities. I also collaborate with prominent organizations such as Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED), Notre Dame University and UNICEF as a teacher trainer in Karachi and Balochistan.
During my studies at AKU-IED and through my work with these esteemed organizations, I have developed modern teaching techniques, including pedagogical, research, leadership, classroom discipline, assessment and evaluation, and public speaking skills. In the future, I aim to apply these skills to bring positive change to the organization.

I worked with AKU-IED and Unicef Balochistan as a consultant on one of the projects, "Balochistan Student Learning Improvement Program (BSLIP)." The aim is to improve the quality of education of the students of Upper Balochistan. However, this report deals only with Urdu linguistics for classes I to V, which includes three main components:
A: Mapping of Urdu curriculum, classification of teaching objectives for classes I to V
B: Balochistan Textbook Board Class I to V Books Review,
C: Preparation of a scheme of studies for the improvement of teaching and learning.
After doing the above task, I developed a 3-day training manual for Urdu teacher trainers. Finally, I conducted this training with 55-60 master trainers in order to improve the basic literacy and numeracy skills in primary grades from September 23-September 25, 2024, in Quetta, Balochistan.

Supervise during the conduction of examination and responsible for picking up the examination box from the bank to return it after the conduction of exam every day.
Inspect the conduction of practical examination.
Visit different examination centers, observe all the procedure, note down important points and write the detailed report.
Responsibilities:
Travel to field sites to collect and records data (interviews and focus group discussions) and samples as appropriate to the specific objective of the study.
Coordinate with the participating schools for all project activities
Prepare interview protocols
Maintain accurate records of interviews
Develop or assist in the development of interview schedule: contact potential subjects to introduce study objectives and protocol to arrange interviews.
Conduct and record face to face interviews and focus group discussions in subjects in accordance with predetermined interview protocol, data collection procedures, and documentation standards.
