•Finalizing company\'s financials (UK, UAE and USA based Companies) to management and recommend improvement activities.

• Develop an online ERP system of Accounting system, Inventory Management and Sales Management

•Preparation and Review of Management Accounts
•Preparation of monthly basis Production Report, Wastage Reconciliation report, Raw material average consumption report (Variance Analysis)
•Performs internal and external benchmarking analysis of Prices
•Time to time Product Costing (Existing & New Developments)/Brand Wise for Marketing & Sales in order to take Profitable Decisions
•Preparation of budgets & Monthly Profitability forecasts
•Cost Sheets of Imports(L/C’s) and Supervision of Imports documentations
•Prepare Ad-hoc reports to evaluate potential customers and region (Sensitivity Analysis)
•Supervise daily processing of accounting transactions and general ledger(Vouchers)
•Conducting Monthly Physical Stock Taking

•Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., expense vouchers, receipts).
