Disbursement of New and Old Home Loan
Authorization of every day Home Finance Transactions (including funds transfer, annuity changes, insurance input (claim etc), non-checking account opening and amendments.
Home Finance Cheques Compiling and posting from all over Pakistan and maintaining MIS of installments of Customers.
Supervision & Authorization of daily posted vouchers related to Home Finance.
Make sure that Transit Account will be Nil at day end.
Compilation and completion of WHT (WITH HOLDING TAX) of Home Finance and timely submission to S.B.P.
Mortgages customer handling.
Deduction of Installments of Home Finance Division
Calculation & posting of branches markup receivable on accrual basis

To reconcile branches and card center data on daily basis of atleast 150 Branches all over the Pakistan.
To settle Merchant Payments.
Make I.B.C.A of salary of NLI Staff of Bank Alfalah Ltd, Islamic and Conventional.
To settle credit card payments made by customers through visa debit card as well as cash in branches.
Make online payments of different products e.g. auto loan installment, credit card payment and also keep the record by maintaining MIS.
To compile merchant and vendor payments and make payorders.
To make petty cash of 7 sub offices all over the Pakistan.
Reimbursements, Online Funds transfer & settlement.
Twice a week preparing.
