To prepare & implement semi-annuuhhal schedules of Preventive Maintenance of all machines in AEL facility & implement it as per Plan in co-ordination with Production department.
Manage the schedules and proper backup of drawings, user manuals and programs to reduce machine downtime in order to efficiently and smoothly pursue production.
Troubleshooting expertise in electrical/electronic faults of PLC based VFD centroid system, CNC & PLC machines through drawings and user manual.
Executing preventive maintenance program and break down maintenance program.
Providing helping hand in maintenance of power D.Bs, switchgears, Electrical motors and electrical control panels
Lab Assistant
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, recondition, and service low and high voltage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR).
Diagnose and repair UPS and AVR malfunctions and failures at workshop.
Conducts final test of UPS/AVR after repair to determine conformity to specifications, using electrical testing equipment by connecting unit to power supply, transformers, meters, and test panels in prescribed sequence.
Adjusts controls, such as resistors, relays, and circuit breakers to correct malfunctions.
