Planning and forecasting I play the lead role in planning and forecasting of inventories to be held in individual branches and the warehouse. I make forecasts of sales from day to day to monthly and in extension yearly sales to make sure that branches always have goods in hand, whatever their need is they don't run short of so unavailability of inventory does not have an will effect on sales and not to have excess inventory so to save holding costs, to the management of a network of interconnected businesses involved in the provision of product and service packages required by the end customers in a supply chain. Supply chain managing all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption. nDealing with vendors I handle the manufacturing of goods to the required standards and specifications. These goods include boxes, supporters, poly bags and all other products produced in the country for the company. I handle all payments made to these vendors i.e. getting the cheques approved from the finance manager to handing it over to the vendor. Helping to design, plan, execute, control, and monitor supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance. nFinding the right price For all the products manufactured in the country I review the current price we are buying the product at, and then try finding a cheaper source however keeping the standards always in mind.
