- Demand forecasting and order processing to follow current market trends with positive cannibalization of pharma and consumer teams of Morinaga condensed-Milk-SKUs.

- Maintain and monitor inventory position of branches for adequate stock with 3PL logistics.

- Performance Management of UDL sales team to assign targets and deserved incentives as per targets versus achieved figures.

- Active for inventory management, claims, trade deals against our sixteen branches across Pakistan.

- Involved in the hiring, training, supervising and mentoring of sales staff.

- Assist NSM in managing sales of around 450 M across sixteen UDL branches in Pakistan on monthly basis.

- Assist NSM in reviewing expired accounts and ongoing communication with customers to promote accurate and timely payments.

- Strategically organized and replenishment of merchandise in branches to ensure demand and supply are in sync.

- Sales analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of sales comparison with respect to cities, SKUs, etc. for NSM from data pool.

• Forecasting and demand planning of inventory for purchase orders.

• Developing replenishment plan for our twenty four branches across Pakistan.

• Ensuring smooth operations of distribution with minimum cost and maximum revenue during demand
management.

• Allocate the depot wise stock to branches as per consumer demand.

• Maintain and monitor inventory position of branches for adequate stock.

• Handling queries of Principal and UDL branches related to the inventory, claims, schemes, and credits.

• Manages the imports operations of Life Scan in collaboration to our Imports Department.

• Liaison with the logistics department to deliver the stock timely to branches.

• Follow-up with UDL, Pfizer & BSN warehouse that inventory is dispatched to the UDL branches as per the
allocation.

• Coordinate with warehouse on dispatches of POS material to sub-distributors.

• Manages the shipping operations based on the research for most appropriate routing.

• Consciously dictate the imports documentary requirements invoicing, manifestation of shipments on timely deadlines in collaboration with custom clearance and logistics department for key accounts such as Levis, Daewoo.

• Cost cutting and Profit making while negotiating on transportation and handling costs.

• Productively systemize the origin cargo packing and deliver till warehoused at the destination.

• Globally interacts with the customers, clients, business partners and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and supervise effectively the insurance and custom requirement of oversea-origins and its destination.

• Team Representative in Performance Management Meetings & Trainings being a facilitator of productive workshops as well.
