I was hired here as a curriculum coordinator I brought innovation and creativity through enrichment of curriculum .I introduced progression wise Urdu reading comprehension skills and created in-house materials to support those skills  like worksheets booklets ,assessment sheets and course books.
I trained the teachers through conducting comprehensive workshops, on the job training sessions, class observation planner checking, copy checking to train them to teach those skills which have been  introduced in the new curriculum along with that teachers were taught character traits commonly associated with 21st century skills.Main objective was to improve the skill of  critical thinking, problem solving, reasoning, analysis, interpretation  in teachers to  further transfer in learners.
