I have around Eight years of professional experience with INGO’s & Govt Setup (Save the Children U.S, GIZ, NCHD, IRC, Management System International (MSI) and CARE International) in throughout Education Projects i-e USAID Teacher Education, Accelerated Learning Program (ALP), Alternative Learning Program (ALP), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Formal & Non Education, Adult Literacy, School Safety, Health & Nutrition, and Teacher’s Continue Professional Development (CPD).
I also hand on experience in Program planning & management, developing programs and Implementation of Education Projects are my expertise, Besides, that Coordination & liaison with Donor’s, Consortium partners, Directorate of Curriculum & Teacher Education (DCTE), Provincial Institute of Teacher Education (PITE) KP & Education Department at National, Provincial and regional level.
I have proactively developed training manuals, Lesson Plans, pacing guide of ALP Scheme of studies for grade 6-8, teaching learning material (TLM), Development of tools i-e School visit tools for monitoring purpose, School Profile, Assessment tools and FGDs, and also contribute in development of ALP Curriculum/Scheme of Studies for Grade 6-8 KP & conceived in form of concept notes for identification of new projects.

Support Enumerators during the students assessment
SUMMARY:
Proper implementation of AGES (Advancing Girls Education and Skills) Project. The project will be implemented in Peshawar, Swat an Buner districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The main responsibility for the quality of the project through regular visits to the field. The Education officer is responsible for coordination with Government line department for any required liaison, managing good relationships with the district department education department and leading the coordination meetings. The education officer is a mentor for the implementing teams and conducts regular pieces of training from time to time. While mentoring the project team the officer is also responsible to conduct follow-up visits. The other important activity of Education Officer is to oversee the project activities conducted by partners in the field.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Implementation and Planning:
1. Being first level contacts with beneficiaries of project, communities, children (girls and boys) and elders, ensured that high level of sensitivities is maintained throughout the project.
2. Development of field implementation and coordination SOPs and strategies with respect to project deliverables; and ensure that these guidelines are followed by partner staff.
3. Development of detailed implementation plans of partner and CARE activities;
4. Assess the capacity building needs partner staff on education technical component and develop session and undertake on-job trainings for partner team;
5. Joint coordination meetings with partner and field team of consortium members with government, private sector, civil society and other stakeholders.
Networking and Partnership Building:
6. Establish the relationship with government line department at district and provincial level for smooth coordination and implementation of the project;
