Working on a project to smooth the process of vendor-related
issues. Ensuring the CSAT, and SSAT score to be more than 85
and FCR to be 90. Coordinating with the internal departments in providing the instant resolution to the customers and vendors. Responsible to deal with suspicious and fraudulent transactions.
Intern-Operations
Working on finding the loopholes in an organization then finding an solution to them through six sigma tool and trying to implement plan which will reduce the paper work.
