Network Support Engineer / NOC Engineer
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for network connectivity. Configuring clients through identification and allocation of VLANs for segmentation. Utilizing Cisco switches and MikroTik routers for network setup and IP address allocation.
Monitoring the datacenters and configuration and routing of the VLAN. Troubleshooting and monitoring network performance across L1, L2, and L3 layers to maintain seamless connectivity.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (Routers, Switches). Proactively resolving link disruptions and performing initial troubleshooting using tools like MikroTik and SecureCRT. Collaborating with the fiber team for swift restoration of connections.
