Operations Planning & Control
• Monitor branch operations, prepare daily and weekly work allocation plans, assign tasks to the staff and monitor completion within given deadlines.

Internal Controls
• Assess the requirement of additional control measures, enforce anti-money laundering guidelines, train the staff to identify cases of money laundering / suspicious transactions, and follow KYC (Know-Your-Customer) norms.
• Investigate suspicious transactions, gather accurate and complete details of sender and receiver in case of international money transfers, and ensure loans are sanctioned only for legally approved purposes.
