Planning/coordinating a strategy to reach out to the communities in Sindh.
Planning and implementing awareness programs in rural areas of Sindh with minimal assistance.
Prepare work plans/work schedules for all planned activities and ensure these are submitted to the Program Officers, Program and M&E Managers for approval as per agreed dates of implementation and project cycle.
Responsible to maintain all the data in physical and soft form.
Identification of communities based on strategic objectives of the program .  Conducting Awareness Clinics as per planned targets.
Maintain good relationships with communities after the awareness session.  Networking with governmental organizations, CBOs and CSOs.
Writing Events/Activities Reports.
Assist in planning and programing of field activities to persons of concern.
Maintain good relationships with key Stake holders and governmental organizations.
Development of case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. 
Coordinate with HR Department for the necessary arrangements of Clinics/trainings. Promote the LAS work at Provincial levels.
Keep updated attendance sheets of awareness sessions

• Manages Global fund round 9 grant as SSR
• Provides technical support to project staff for quality implementation of Care and Support project
• Develops linkages with donors, NACP, PACP, UN agencies and other stake holders
• Responsible for timely submission of monthly and quarterly narrative and financial report to sub recipient
• Conducts regular technical assistance and monitoring visits in field
• Works closely with sub recipient for development of monitoring and evaluation tool for project
• Orients staff on M&E tools and ensures quality assurance of data.
• Conducts on site data verification
• Works closely with finance department for effective use of budget as well as ensure that budget are spent as per
project agreement and donor dead line
• Responsible for the development of referrals and linkages with hospitals/ formal health care providers
• Responsible for the planning, designing, monitoring and management of all official work and field activities

• Builds the capacity of staff through formal and informal training
• Responsible for the development of Project Proposals
• Participates in meetings related to HIV/AIDS and health related network

• Responsible for smooth operation of the Project by the partners at the local and national level.
• Work under guidance and management support from the Project Manager.
• Put a strong quality-assurance process in place to ensure the project is on the right track by making monitoring
check-up in the project.
• Liaison, coordinate and correspond with institutional donors, implementing partners, units and departments
within AAPk.
• Support and guide partners and other team members in collating information and preparing analytical reports in
line with donor requirements.
• Responsible for the quality delivery of all intermediate and final outputs of the project and submit narrative and
financial reports as per the donor’s specified formats & schedule.
• Provide support in preparing work plans & budgets
• Organize and conduct staff training programs.
• Extensive traveling along with spending time in the monitoring of field and when required and making monitoring
reporting regularly on the progress of the projects.
• Timely submission of Weekly, Monthly and Interim Reports to Country Office.
• Timely analysis of reports received from Partner and sent to Line Manager.

• To implement the Project of Social Rehabilitation of Street Children at District Larkana.
• Develop different assessment and monitoring formats for project team.
• Prepare work plan for field work

DUs.

• To monitor the project of Drop-In-Centre for Injection Drug Users (IDUs) and Drug Users (DUs) at District Larkana.
• Responsible for the planning, designing, monitoring and management of all official work and field activities
regarding project.
• Participates in meetings related to HIV/AIDS and health related network.
• Conducts regular technical assistance and monitoring visits in field.
• Support regular data collection, conduct analysis of data and prepare reports in collaboration with project teams.
• To monitor overall activities of the project
