I am working at IG Systems as an Inventory Specialist. IG Systems is providing services to Verge Mobile LLC located in Houston, TX has 170 retail stores across the US, and is the authorized dealer of T-Mobile.
I provide the opportunity cost by compiling the different reports for the field teams to avail and prevent inventory loss and chargebacks.
Inventory movement from store to store and warehouse To ensure the inventory has been successfully transited
Calculate, and keep a record of lost inventory during transit and send it to management
Track the RMAs that have been received at the warehouse and open disputes if it has been lost in transit

Achievements:
I managed to reduce the inventory loss by approximately $20,000 by providing visibility to the field teams each month. For various reasons, I saved $120,997 by opening a dispute with the vendor and got it approved in 2022.

I was working at Level 3 BOS as a Senior Executive Supply Chain. Level 3 BOS is providing services to Mobilelink LLC located in Houston, TX has approximately 600 retail stores across the US, and is the authorized dealer of Cricket Wireless.
Maintenance of the company’s inventory system accurately
The control of Stock to ensure product availability at all times at required levels, maintaining no stock-outs responsibility for stock Accuracy in the ERP system
Placing the inventory orders (phones, SIMs, and accessories) to maintain the stores' stock levels.
To check if the store was not over-stocked and transfer the excess stock to other stores, tracking the delivery status.
To research the missing inventory and dispute the loss in transit with the vendor.
My additional responsibilities were to replicate the inbound and outbound transactions in MS AX Dynamics 2012 for reporting.

●       Assist in ensuring that all vehicles are equipped, cleaned and ready for movement.
●       Work with contractors and Fleet Coordinator to make recommendations for replacement and/or repair of vehicles and equipment where applicable.
●       Undertaking minor repairs to vehicles and equipment falls within the level of training and agreed on the scope of the role.
●       Maintaining vehicle’s logbooks and stock is stored securely and in a suitable environment.
●       Arrange and/or deliver vehicles to locations in which they are required by Program teams and base office.
●       Ensuring all vehicle logs are checked and properly maintained.
●       Marinating vehicle reports and labour information for HI vehicles and/or repair orders into the Fleet Management Information System.
●       Inspects vehicles for safety, the efficiency of operation, and appearance.
