Currently I am working as a technical and non-technical recruiter in an IT company 1 Machine Software Smc-Pvt Ltd. I have been involved in the recruitment process for various positions such as front end developer, Java developer, SQA engineer, software deployment, technical product support, data entry associate, data verification officer, office assistant, technical researcher, content coordinator, graphic designer. Also I have been working on Campus Recruitment which required reaching out to Universities for a acquiring their top talent. I am eager to learn new trends and latest practices of HR in IT industry. In addition to that, I have performed administrative tasks as required like bank account opening process, birthday and other event calender management, orientation of new employees.
Here, I performed basic HR Operations like manual filing of employees' documents according to a given check list. Then, I prepared a detailed excel sheet containing employee profile information. Moreover, studied the leave management process but not practical application. Worked on invoice management and social security employees' data sheet preparation. In addition, have gone through the time sheet management process about how attendance was maintained.
I did an internship at Crescent Bahuman Limited for a period of 4 weeks where I was responsible for making required excel sheets as given by the higher authorities. Also, here my presentation skills were polished improving my communication skills therefore boosting my level of confidence.
