Deputy Manager R&D and Production
Lead the development of new cosmetic formulations, considering market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with the production team to scale up formulations for manufacturing. • Manage the R&D budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve project goals and organizational objectives. • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure all products comply with local and international regulations. • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets. • Collaborate with the supply chain and demand planning teams to optimize production planning.
Assistant Manager R&D and Quality Control
Validate the Quality of Cosmetics Products & Confer with Quality Control Manager and Research & Development Manager to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret results, or develop nonstandard tests. Develop the formula of new products, Supervision of Process in production. • Generate COA and Write technical papers and reports; and prepare standards and specifications. To check the production problems and provide support to production. • To monitor that quantity of each package bundle and or pallet / carton exactly as per lists • Qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finish products by using UV/VISspectrophotometer, HPLS. • Development of testing methods for raw materials, finished products and their Analytical MethodValidation. • Preparation of method of Analysis and Specification of Raw material, packaging material, intermediate,bulk, finished product and stability products. • Physical and chemical testing of finish products, bulk samples and water samples utilizing titration,chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry techniques. • Currently work on shampoo projects and all testing parameters. • Develop formulations for R&D. • Line Inspections. • Retention sample record. • PSQCA certifications of products. • Internal & External calibrations. • Chemical testing of cosmetic products according to the requirements of PAKISTAN STANDARDS ANDQUALITY CONTROL AUTHORITY (PSQCA).
