My duties as Immunization Officer are: 1) Active site visits of private and government health facilities for Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) Surveillance and case investigation;2) Support Govt. and other partner staff in National Immunization Day (NID) and sub national day for supplementary immunization. Monitor and provide supportive supervision during NIDs and SNIDs; 3) Monitor activities of Expanded Program of Immunization (EPI);4) Train staff and conduct awareness sessions for doctors, nurses, paramedic staff in hospitals; 5) Attend meetings with Deputy Commissioners, District Health Officer (DHO), Town Health Officer (THO) and other stakeholders during Precampaign, Intra-campaign and post campaign and share trends and discuss challenges and learnings
I have a vast experience of working in the community on various projects in Aman Foundation, community health including maternal, neonatal and child health are the areas of my work. Development of community health workers through training and monitoring has been my passion. At the Aman Foundation as a Manager Quality Assurance Clinical Trainings, I developed Training curriculum for Sukh Project and conducted Training of Trainers (ToT)as a technical partner. I have worked as the team lead for training and quality of Aman Community Health Program. So far trained more than 500 community health workers on regular basis and 200 lady health workers. I have also been certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid Pakistan trained more than 300 individuals inside and outside Aman. Developed reporting format of Value Creation Plan (VCP)for all Aman Health Businesses. I have an experience of working at NHS Southampton UK, as voluntary worker at dietetics and nutrition department. I love reading various research articles.
Along with training my specialty is internal audits of Health Care facilities and its associated businesses, I am trained Lead auditor from SGS Pakistan. Quality assurance of Aman ambulances, Telehealth and ACHP has been in my domain during 2016-18 at Aman and steered the whole team during same period.Â
My experience at CORONIS Oxford University UK has made me learn to communicate effectively to patients and to validate data vigilantly. During my MBA (health and Hospital, I learned presentation skills, interpersonal communication, budgeting, hospital management strategies and various other skills. Working at NCMNH, I learned a lot, trained so many doctors from Sobraj Maternity Hospital and OBGY ward of Jinnah Medical University on PPIUCD project. At Aman Tech as Manager Clinical Trainings have looked after the department for organizational and corporate training needs, designing curriculum and implementing the innovative training methodologies.

Received training on Expand net (Beginning with End in Mind), Project Management, Value Creation Plan, ISO Internal Auditing and various other subjects. Developed training curriculum on various training modules. Lead trainer and Auditor in community health program and Sukh Program (Family Planning,Maternal and Child Health.

Trainings: Training of Skilled Birth Attendants (SBAs) for insertion technique of post-placental and Post-partum insertion of IUCD, to Gynecologists and Midwives at Sobhraj Maternal Hospital and Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center Karachi.
Community Meetings: To create awareness in women and men of reproductive age regarding Healthy Timing and Spacing of Pregnancy (HTSP), Postpartum Family Planning (PPFP Reporting and Management: Report writing and organizing and monitoring of trainings, supervising counselor and data collector for quality data collection, and timely submission of reports to the Senior Advisory Committee.
