Responsible for maintenance of IT system as well as communication system available at field office.
Improve computer performance, handles data management and system security
Responsible for ensuring effective and timely communication and assist users in troubleshooting IT Equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and network and telecommunication equipment.
Installation, configuration and upgrade of network operating system.
Implement system and procedures, provided by the IT Manager to ensure timely maintenance of the IT and communication equipments in field office.
Antivirus update on servers and users machines.
Ensure only licensed software is deployed in field office.
Ensure maintenance of Helpdesk logbook and coordinate related IT support activities.
Provide monthly/quarterly report of Helpdesk activities.
Ensure physical security of computer equipment and accessories
Troubleshoot existing hardware
Install, configure and repair network and stand-alone printers and other peripherals
Ensure effective use and proper maintenance of IT and AV equipment
Ensure timely monitoring of IT equipment's in used in the field.
Troubleshoot all e-mail and internet related problems.

Physical verification of finished goods relevant to production & preparation of daily stock statement.
To arrange proper housekeeping if Finished Goods Stores.
Make sure all documentation is done and copies are safe.
Make sure all issuance & receipt is done in secure manner.
Monthly cross checking this stock level items with computerized Inventory list.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Direct, Optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
