1) Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of delivering smooth customer service in fulfillment of orders. 2)Quoting rates to customers for FCL and LCL shipments , Contract finalizing with customers and acquiring new customers3) Planning of Shipments and ensuring customer satisfaction, starting from receipt of export order till delivery .4)Maintaining all export records updated, correct and retrievable.5)Ensuring correctness, completeness and authentication of all exports documents. 6)Addressing export customer complaints, if any.7)Demand planning every month for the production of goods in order to fulfill customer orders timely8)Performing additional duties as assigned by Director Exports
