I am an accomplished and efficient information technology support professional, highly skilled in Databases, networks and system administration.My consistent academic and professional achievements prove my determination and demonstrate my firm commitment to work hard for the accomplishment of my objectives. My ability to work as a team player, meet deadlines and go the extra mile, together with my penchant for detail, have contributed to my successes in system engineering. I am able to formulate procedures and improvements, and posses the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical personnel. In addition to being adept at working with clients to determine their specific needs, I am also highly familiar with coordinating projects and project teams.Presently, I am working as Senior Database Administrator for Ora-tech Systems Islamabad and deputed on client (Pakistan Tobacco Company)as Database Service Manager, Previously I have worked as Consultant IT/Manager IT in Islamabad for German International Corporation and National Police Bureau (Joint Project), Electronic Government Directorate (EGD) Ministry of IT and Ufone GSM, Pakistan Telecommunications Mobile Limited (Etisalat) head office. These roles have provided me experience in build, configuration, installation and support of large server Database systems and a wide variety of activities including update of server and computer systems, migrations of operating systems/databases as well as designing and implementation of disaster recovery and backup processes. I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operations, hardware, and software.
