As a Field Monitor for UNICEF Third Party Field Monitoring on Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV).
Pre-Campaign & Post Campaign (ACSM) Monitoring, Advocacy Communications and Social Mobilizations
The target population age group is from 9 months to 15 years and 5.5 million children of urban UCS of Balochistan will vaccinate approximately.
UNICEF Pakistan is supporting FDI (Federal Directorate of Immunization) in social mobilization and community engagement campaign activities.
UNICEF has engaged Micromerger to support Third Party Field Monitoring (TPFM) for ACSM activities in TCV campaign implementation locations for independent monitoring .
Conduct regular field visits as per travel plan with the expectation to spend around 90 of their time in the field.
Coordinates conduct field monitoring of the implementing partners.
The Field Monitors will move in their earmarked geographic area. However, each of the field monitor can be asked to work .
Conduct daily visits to the assigned UCs to check staff attendance in order to ensure UC records are complete and updated .
Conduct baseline and endline monitoring and evaluation surveys as requested .
Provide weekly and monthly reports on UCs visits .

The project aims to monitor progress ofGCSS(GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE SUPPORT SYSTEM)funded grants in Balochistan with a particular focus on monitoring, oversight and reporting. The specific grants are focused on Polio workers work and their presence , implemented by various stake holders. we will use real time monitoring that enables the measuring and monitoring of environmental developments and program progress through tailored data collection tools to provide time-relevant information for decision makers. Specifically, it is undertaken during implementation to provide immediate feedback for real-time decision making and modifications to improve ongoing implementation.
Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesIn coordination with field team, track daily site visit plans during Polio Compagin for M&E team , supervise and conduct field visits to assess project impact, collect feedback from relevant stakeholders, report on appropriate and high-quality participatory monitoring and verification of program activities implemented by different actors according to recognized standards, systems and procedures. Manage & on job capacity development of M&E team in context of M&E concepts, field monitoring activities and reports preparation.
Design, test, provide technical guidance, training and support to M & E team on implementation of data collection, compile, analyze, tools for data collection, data entry, control mechanism to improve the quality of the collected information, produce analysis of project data and identify methods to use results for services and project improvement.
