• In CARE CLOUD (MTBC), i Am responsible for daily operations audit mostly documentation of different person and patient admissions management.• Team operations follow up is the major responsibility.• Interaction with foreigner colleagues to verify our customers data and their documentations and REFFERALS.• Played a key role in employee conflict issues and assisted managers in mitigating conflicts in a timely manner to fulfill and surpass company expectations. • Handled complex problems and worked with customers to ensure all discrepancies are resolved quickly. • Listened to the client/customer and analyzed the problem to offer a prompt resolution. This sustained client/customer loyalty and business. • Maintained detailed records of billing through reconciliation processes. • Assisted customers with any inquiries and worked within a cohesive team environment.
· Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
· Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc.
· Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
· Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.

· Address queries and issues of workers when required.
· Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
