District Monitor (Third Party Field Monitor)
Worked as a District Monitor (Third Party Monitor) on EPI Project.
Monitor all three phases (Pre, Intra and Post) of Polio Campaign and two Phases (Pre and Intra) of Measles Campaign.
In Pre phase monitor (DPEC, DPEC Readiness, UPEC, Team Training and Area In charge Training) and Re validate Microplans as per NEAP guidelines and consolidate the report on same day and send it to NEOC Dashboard.
In Intra phase monitor vaccination teams and attend/ Monitor UC level and DC level evening meeting.
In Post Phase monitor (UCCSO and SM Performance).
UCPW
Worked for WHO on APW contract in Rural 2 and Urban sectors of Islamabad.
Assisting UC level staff all three phases (Pre, Intra and Post) of Polio Campaign.
In Pre phase preparation of Microplans and their Validations, UPEC , Team Training and AIC Training.
In Intra Phase assist vaccination teams and checked their work.
In Post Phase conduct Market Survey and assist External Monitor in LQAS.
Also worked on Surveillance activities in Islamabad for AFP cases.
