I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) and Management Information System (MIS) practitioner with experience in implementing technology-based solutions for development and humanitarian programs. For almost four years in past, I have served for an international non-governmental organization, semi-government institutions and academia. I have a computer science background and interest in problem & situation analysis, MEAL system design and implementation and using technology-oriented solutions including Power-BI. I have acquired on-job training on process and output monitoring, data management, accountability to beneficiary system and a functional understanding of evaluation and learning domains. I have an interest in working on new ideas and identifying technology-oriented solutions to the MEAL & MIS requirements.
• Engage, collaborate extensively with clients and stakeholders in UK for elicitation and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.

My role was to maintain the smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure in Pakistan Country. Following are the brief tasks undertaken in this role:
▪ Actively involved in Encryption Project Global Rollout in Save the Children - to keep the organization's data protected.
▪ Developed user guides for Office 365 and SCI Account Management.
▪ Arranged “Online Child Safeguarding Awareness” and “IT Security Awareness Campaign” sessions.
▪ Arranged IT tools (Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, SC Account Management, SharePoint) orientation sessions for all staff.
▪ Monitored firewall, day to day IT related activities and responding to issues by Jira Service Desk
▪ Provided IT Support to all Pakistan Country office staff and remote support to field staf
