Senior Software Engineer

Key Roles and Job Responsibilities:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.
Creative thinking and problem solving skills as well as strategy development abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions to teams from other departments while describing the integration strategies and cross-disciplinary effects of new software solutions.
Expert knowledge of computer languages, data structures, computer logic and flow-charting, design methods, program documentation and client database versions.
Strong leadership and coaching skills as well as the ability to manage complex projects with multiple staff members collaborating to produce a final product.
The ability to analyze large quantities of data and provide reports regarding efficiency with recommendations for enhancing employee productivity.
Strong command on SQL Database with a skill to write optimized custom quries and store procedures.

Key Roles and Job Responsibilities:

Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services APIs.
Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create basic corporate websites using Wordpress.
Create advanced websites from scratch using pure PHP and HTML.
Design database schemas using MySQL and SQL Server.
Testing web and mobile apps.
Gather user testing feedback and fix bugs.
Meeting clients to gather project requirements.

Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
