Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a Project & Maintenance Regional Head for "North Region" of Pakistan.
Co-ordinating with Contractors & All Venders Relative to Projects. 
Check the architectural plans, structural drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the Consultant or architect
Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Communicate with Contractor & Consultant and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Resolve any technical difficulties that may arise.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the main technical Consultant adviser for below Government, Private and Corporate Sectors.
1) P.T.A (pakistan telecommunication authority)  
2) M.C.B (muslim commercial bank)
3) P.R.A.L (Pakistan single window F.B.R Project)
4) KHUSHHALI Bank.
5) Commercial and Residential Projects 
Checking of architectural plans, structural drawings and BOQ's for accuracy of calculations.
Tendering , bill verification and  execution of project  including the pre and post-qualification of contractors
Daily reports from site staff to ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and other workers.
Check the architectural plans, structural drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Resolve any technical difficulties that may arise.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Tracking Project Progress using Primavera P6 and MS project Management.
 Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment’s or labor to determine project feasibility.
Oversee all construction progress and to ensure compliance with building codes, BOQ, Specifications and safety standards and regulations.
Studying different drawings (structural and architectural) and execute the work by managing the labor, material, and machinery as per daily planning.
Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payments and as built plans.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Construction Surveying.
Detailed analysis of all the construction activities.
Understanding of scheduling, monitoring and record keeping and system of management and also about different kinds of modern construction techniques.
