Responsible for Project Execution,Monitoring and O&M.Responsible to supervise installation, testing, commissioning of projects along with below activities;

Prepare daily update and share site pictures 
Get on site Compliance of signed specifications from Vendors & sub contractors and report discrepancies.
Supervise and monitor site execution activities as assigned by management.
Prepare preliminary drawings .                                 
Witness on site testing of electrical work scope.
Prepare punch list items of various execution jobs after completion and get its rectification.
Provide on site technical assistance to Vendors, Suppliers and sub contractors.           
Monitor compliance to HSE policies and report mal-practicesMonitoring of existing and in  operation Plants.   
Maintain communication with management to ensure the smooth running of all assigned projects. 
Determine and execute plant maintenance schedule based on best industrial practices.
Prepare maintenance reports.
Monitor plant operation via online platform and perform on site modifications in monitoring system..
Provide on site training to maintenance and site staff as and when required.                 
Monitor and manage inventories including spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools.                                       
Review and monitor plant-related operations,equipment, and systems to continue to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.   
Ensures compliance with the site's health, environment, and safety requirements.  

My key skills include project supervision & coordination, business development, solar system installation, timelines, technical due diligence, PV solar designing, project risk analysis, vendor Selection and deployment, operations management, and Budget sheets. Planned, directed, and ensure the successful management of the assigned project portfolios and assigned project management teams.

Maintain communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure the smooth running of all assigned projects.
Establish and nurture positive relationships between Company and customer organizations.
Manage sub-contractors onsite.
Develop and maintain project timeline, identify the critical path and key milestones for project’s success.
Provide technical support to the teams on Site.
Tracking projects as they advance from design to contract execution to commissioning to ensure that the system optimizes near-term and long-term system performance.
Providing support, and assisting, in coordinating resources for assigned projects.
Handling O&M of 2.7 Mwp systems in Central Punjab and North.
Completing internal administrative organization responsibilities and documentation.

Worked as Site Engineer and through all this I was working under Project Manager and was responsible for site under my supervision.

Supervision of 500kwp As a Site Engineer under Project Manager, industry Named"Pakistan Holstein Pvt. LTD, Risaalpur KPK". Supervised, Energized and Commissioned that project with help of Huawei Inverters and Huawei Smart Logger-3000 along PV Gen-Set Controller. Whole project Installed upon Barn Instead Ground.
Installation and Commissioning of 100KW from residential Sector including Inverters Huawei, Sun grow (KTL & RT Series), OF-Grid System and Hybrid Systems including Lithium-ion Batteries.

Worked as Trainee Engineer and through all this I was working under Supervisory of Senior Technician and worked on many Projects and many inverters and different complaints regarding solar system.

Solved many issues regarding solar Systems including Inverter Settings, Zero Export Devices, PV Array setting, commissioning of system.
