Accounting: Prepare Monthly and Annual Account of Naveena Newly incorporated subsidiaries. Prepare Corporate Office Expense Summary and report to Director Finance. Reconcile Naveena G.L. with Fixed Assets register, Loan Summaries, Investment dashboard. Assist in preparation of Naveena Annual and Quarter Accounts. Assist in preparation of Group Consolidated Accounts. Prepare Naveena Assets Valuation workings. Prepare Naveena Assets Sock, Cars, Fire, Cash and other Insurance working. Report Directors on monthly basis for their expenses. Review Bank Reconciliations. Financial: Maintaining and Prepare Financial Documentation like LAF and BBFS for renewal and / or enhancement of Financing Facility. Provide Investments, New Subsidiaries and Directors Cash Budgets to management. Liaison with management for which type of loan (ERF Part I or II, FE-25, LTFF, TF, Discounting of Local and Foreign Bills) should be obtained with the available bank limits as per Companies requirement and Policy. Liaison with Import Department and All Production Units for their Cash requirements. Prepare and Process Bank Guarantee documents (for New Guarantee, Extension in Guarantee, Cancellation of Guarantee along with release of Allowable Limit). Assist in review of Charge creational document (obtaining Letter of Holding, Verifying List of Property in LOH). Investment: Liaison to report portfolio on daily basis to directors. Perform annual and monthly calculation of CGT, Dividend and Capital Gain. Asses and report the Performance of Multiple Investment Portfolios. Liaison with the Brokers for transaction to be executed smoothly. Auditing Work: Review the daily cash movement prior to the approval of Director Finance. Review Corporate Office Payments for proper book keeping and as well as correct deduction of applicable taxes. Liaison with the External Auditors for the Annual Audit of Naveena Exports Limited, Naveena Newly Incorporated Companies.
