Coordinate with all TPSMs (transit point social mobilizer) on gathering, compiling data on weekly basis.
Submit data to DHCSO on weekly basis for children vaccinated at transit points
Maintain social profiles high risk mobile/ migrant population clusters inclusive of their movement patterns
Maintain updated the calendar of events (Urs, festivals etc.) to track the movement of HR population groups
Share the updated social profiles of HR mobile/ migrant population groups with TPCO for inclusion in the micro plans
Provide on job trainings on data collection / compilation to social mobilizers & vaccination teams on agreed formats / tools
Cross verify data with transit points tally sheet submitted by TPSMs (30% of the transit points every month) through desk & field reviews
Data analysis to review trends of children vaccinated of HR population groups. Highlight unusual movement patterns of HR population groups.

Familiarize self with the Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) concepts.
Participate in the Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) on Tuberculosis orientation and training program.
Translate the Recommended Training modules into local languages.
Prepare a strategic work plan and gain approval.
Design, plan and implement Training Need Assessment.
Based on the TNA design and modify and include modules in the training curriculum.
Translation of the training curriculums and teaching materials into the local languages.
Plan and organize training workshops.
Monitor progress and ensure quality of training.
Prepare pre and post training assessment questionnaires.

Organize and implement the training of trainers and the trickle downs at the HF and community levels as and when required from the HFs level.
