• Placement of Booking on 3PL’s (Third Party Logistics) Shipper Portal within the timeline.
• Coordinate with 3PL to get LP (Load Plan) and CRO (Container Release Order).
• Coordinate with Forwarder For ESI (Electronic Shipment Instruction and Issuance of BL (Bill of Lading) from Carriers.
• Arrangement to stuff all the cargo in container is as per client SOP’s.
• Improve VRC (Vendor Report card) by logistical performance and meet the customer ship window after handing over cargo/shipment to consolidator W/H within time frame.
• Coordinate with 3PL’s for the cargos dispatched status and make sure all the containers arrived within vessel cut-off to retain the KPI’s as per Cnee requirement.
• Post shipment follow up with consolidators/forwarders/shipping line for in transit containers till the port of discharge.
• Negotiate with the 3PL’s for the best competitive rates for all air shipments and coordinate with airline representative.
• To manage all the custom formalities at Airport and Sea port.
• Maintain the record of all the trailors/trucks dispatched from factory and ensure that shipping orders are dispatched with respect to priority;
• Dealing with courier companies DHL. Fedex and UPS for the development of parcels of export shipments.
• Carry out in-depth analysis of Pending Order List and assign Priority to deliveries having ship window approaching after meeting with production deptt.
• Coordinate with Documentation team for custom documentation preparation
• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility.
