I have been involved in handling end to end recruiting cycle for local and international positions specifically from US, Russia, Germany, Australia and India for different technologies at all levels. Likewise, managing and updating candidate pipeline was another primary responsibility. Being an HR professional I have been assisting in day to day HR operations and compliance with the company policies and procedures. I have designed, documented and implemented health and safety policy which adds value to my profile.
Besides recruitment, I was also responsible for:
- Managing employees’ leaves on Zoho
- Allocating and managing HR activities and routine tasks using Trello and Slack.
- On boarding, orientation and induction of new employees.
- Creating and maintaining employees’ database (Electronic and otherwise)
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Assisting in Payroll management and T&D
It began as an internship leading to full time role. I was responsible to contribute in performing wide range of activities related to On-boarding/Orientation, Employee Benefits and Volunteer Internships programs. I provided assistance in conducting Performance Appraisal for the year 2014-15 through 360 degree evaluation system.
My responsibilities also involved:
- Assisting in development and updating HRIS.
- Drafting and issuing various letters to employees on behalf of company.
- Monitoring daily attendance and maintaining pre and post internship records.
