Project Management: Hands-on expertise of conducting desk reviews, Institutional Assessments, comprehensive analysis and research on projects related to Education (Let Girls Learn), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Civic Participation, Governance, and Social Entrepreneurship etc. Identified potential gaps in the projects design and proposed mitigation measures in fully processed proposals while incorporating rights-based approaches in formulation of program objectives and ensuring that the conceived project design, implementation methodology and budget is realistic, and sustainability mechanisms are guaranteed during and post project period. Organize, coordinate, and report on Quarterly Portfolio Performance Reviews conducted with the executing/implementing agencies of federal and provincial governments for appraisal/monitoring of the program and project loans and then follow-ups.

I worked for strengthening the institutional arrangements and capacity building of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) for their two consultancy contracts funded by World Bank (WB) titled: ‘Revamping the Central Superior Services Competitive Examination System’, and ‘Revamping the General Recruitment System’. I was responsible for supervising the projects, as well as provided technical oversight, management and coordination, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation and writing of final deliverables for the client.
Assisted in development of Syllabi (optional & compulsory subjects) for Central Superior Services Competitive Examinations.
Re-designed the ‘Application Form’ and amended the ‘Rules for Central Superior Services Competitive Examinations’.
Analyzed the specialized training imparted to the probationers (Civil Servants) by the ten academies and review the Final Passing out Examination (FPOE) system conducted by Federal Public Service Commission.
Redesigned the ‘Application Form’ of General Recruitment for computerized processing (online) along with set of instructions for the candidates.
Developed pre-selection criteria of candidates through computerized processing in general recruitment and proposed an effective communication strategy for FPSC’s advertisement for both electronic and print media to attract quality candidates and re-designed it.

Performed as an Organizer & Coordinator in the 2nd Session of World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF), an initiative dedicated to the exchange of ideas, business collaboration and economic cooperation among Muslim nations and between Muslims and non-Muslims, in order to bring together political leaders, heads of governments, top business leaders, political elite, entrepreneurs, opinion makers, and representatives of civil society to explore the theme, “Unleashing the Economic Potential,” at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad. Major tasks accomplished for organizing the forum were:
