Shift Engineer
As a shift Engineer, my job is to supervise the production of NC paint section, Automotive paint section, Stoving paint section and Epoxy Section. I Solve all the problems related to quality and conflicts between labour i. e. Labour managment.
Internship
Th learning experience in this industry was Fabulous. I directly handeled a crew of 6 people and produced 3 batches of 3 ton of paint, including Nitrocellulose paint, Elamel, Stoving. I also submitted a project related to advanced research in high temperature bearing paints.
