Senior Assistant Manager (Electrical)
Major work & responsibilities include:
* Maintenance & inspection of MV (6 KV), LV (380 volts) and DC motors especially Induction Motors (squirrel cage & slip rings).
* Maintenance & Inspection of MV (SF6 & Vacuum), LV switchgears and Power Factor Improvement panels.
* Maintenance, Installation and troubleshooting of different types of starters e.g. DOL, Star Delta, Reverse-Forward and SOFT Starters.
* Maintenance and parameter setting of ABB & Siemens protection relays for MV Motors, Power Transformers and MV Capacitors.
* Installation, parameters setting and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives (VVFD) and DC Drives.
* Ready, run and other control signals interfacing for LV & MV Motors at PCU Bailley Infi 90.
* Routine plant Inspection and issuing work order /task assignment of any abnormality /deficiency observed during plant inspection for plant improvement.
* Preparing Maintenance planning and Lubrication schedules and updating maintenance history cards of MCCs, motors, Transformers, capacitors, bearing lubrication & replacement and all other electrical & Instrument equipments.
* Administration of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and PMMS (Plant Maintenance Management System) modules used for scheduled maintenance of plant equipments.
* Working on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) used for indenting/procurement and store issuance of spares for Plant equipment.
* Coordination with condition monitoring team during routine vibration data collection/analysis and Infrared Thermography of plant.
* Preparation of Capital and Revenue budget for plant.
* Supervision of all Electrical & Instrument internal and external ISO audits.
