Major Responsibilities:
• Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
• Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
• Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
• Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
• Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
• Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
• Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
• Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
• Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality
• Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
• Collect content analytics from tablets
Provide updated contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia contents

· To work for the promotion of Health & Hygiene practices at community level
· Regular field visits of to various field areas to observe the wash facilities
· Conduct meetings with community and figures such as parents, teacher etc
· Written and verbal reporting on progress on weekly basis
· Assist the Health Coordinator in all other issues related to the development and implementation of the emergency and rehabilitation Health program
· Follows all Save the Children policies and procedures.
· Ensure all health, sanitation and hygiene issues are understood and promoted
· Assess public health risks and identify any unmet needs that effect the population
· Implement in the IDPs camps appropriate health and hygiene initiatives
· Involve the men and women of IDPs camps in the planning of public health activities
· In coordination with the Supervisor, develop and implement hygiene promotion activities
· In coordination with the Supervisor, design and manage baseline surveys in order to identify WASH-related health risks and priorities.
· Plan and coordinate with the WASH actors working in the working area
· Collect data and prepare weekly reports for the Supervisor
· Travel to the target districts, survey and consult with CDC and community elders and local government authorities for identification and selection of affected and food insecure households.
· Conducting House to House survey and select the eligible project beneficiaries.
· Distribution of token (ID Cards) to the selected beneficiaries
· Maintain a data base for the registered beneficiaries and community.
· Ensure that the neediest beneficiaries were selected for the program.
· Make sure that the best place was selected for the distribution and all the beneficiaries have access there.
· Check the food package and be sure that all items are in good quality and complete.
· Do the distribution of food package and responsible that all beneficiaries are receiving food packages in a timely manner.
· Prepare the list distribution list and make sure that all beneficiaries have signed after receiving the food items.
