• Assist in liaison with government officials and other stakeholders to strengthen cooperation to identify issues, gaps and needs for support on effective implementation of Establishment of Victim reception and support center and other projects under the migration management department.
• Map out potential stakeholders and service providers (including NGOs) in Pakistan active in monitoring and providing support to returning migrants, with a special focus on vulnerable cases.
• Ensure all activities of the project Establishment of Victim Reception and Support Centre are successfully carried out in close coordination with the stakeholders
• Coordinate with relevant government counterparts, implementing partners and NGOs to identify and analyze post-return reintegration services available for vulnerable returnees in Pakistan.
• Provide daily management and oversight of all in-migrants ,out-migrants , consultation and resettlement activities and staff working in Pakistan, including hiring and providing training and technical assistance, assigning duties and giving feedback to staff members on their performance on a regular basis
• Planning, arranging, organizing and preparing reports on capacity building initiatives under relevant projects, targeting government stakeholders and civil society partners.

• Assume overall responsibility for planning, implementing, monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the Agribusiness Support Fund horticultural project components in Diamer, together with supporting the preparation of detailed annual work-plans, targets and budgets.
• Carry out value chain analyses to determine appropriate interventions into selected horticulture value chains in GB.
• Provide on-farm training and support to assist small farmers to adopt Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), crop diversification and market linkages through Kisan Field Schools.
• Facilitate the formation of Farmer Enterprise Groups / Cluster Groups.
• Provide technical and matching-grant support to individual and corporate farmers to promote productivity, improve post-harvest practices, and facilitate crop/product diversification and linkages.
• Promote demand-driven research by private and public institutions to enhance the performance of value chain actors in terms of productivity and efficiency or to explore and meet the needs of new markets;
• Coordinate the identification of key private sector led project interventions to foster quantitative and qualitative improvements in the sector, either through direct intervention, through service providers or through specific inputs from international technical assistance inputs.
• Develop the linkages and networks required at regional level, and identify and implement pro-active measures for continued collaboration.
