• Implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques to control mites and diseases in honeybee colonies to keep a healthy livestock strengthened for pollination purposes

• Organized the R&D Unit of the company with assistance of the Operations Department by conducting applied research for controlling household pests, vector-borne diseases, pesticides application and pest control equipment, and training of the pest control field technicians for quality provision.

• Conducted trainings of Master Trainers and farmers regarding the conservation and management of insect pollinators in the Apple and Brassica through Distt. Murree and Chakwal respectively.
• Implemented pollination deficit experiments to estimate the presence of pollinators and their decline in more or less 20 different localities of Murree district and Mulhal Mughlan, Chakwal.
• Worked on capacity building of local farmers of Apple and Brassica and raised the importance of keeping pollinators in improving the crop yield and overall livelihood of the community.
• Analysed results, prepared reports, presented findings and recommendations to the project coordinator and the national consultant at HBRI and NIM (NARC).
