- Facilitate various departmental heads for Technical and Non-Technical Hiring of all regions.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and aligned interviews with department heads.

- Create portal profiles for every new joiner on HR Software (FlowHCM)
- Responsibility to manage the month end Payroll of Impetus through FlowHCM.

- Update every department with new policy updates and managing the employee handbook
- Handling Social Media Pages; LinkedIn, Facebook.
- Responsibility to make full and final settlements and to prepare letters
- Give trainings to the new joiners about the HR software (FlowHCM) and its modules
- Ability to handle all the HR software from; Payroll, Attendance, Dashboard management etc
- Introduced Medical facility and other benefits for the employees
- Reach candidates through Scouting/Headhunting
- Managing all the Human Resource Functions in the company
- Assisting and managing the recruitment process at Balibaba
