Anam has three+ years of experience in development sector with focus on research, data analysis and capacity building. She has worked on a number of thematic areas including but not limited to Gender Based Violence (GBV), Good Governance, Responsible Media, Police Reforms, Countering Violent Extremism (CVE), Climate Change and others. She also remained involved in development of tools and instruments for surveys, with a good understanding of software i.e. SPSS, MS Excel, MAXQDA and NVivo10 for qualitative and quantitative data analysis. She has conducted primary and secondary research, penned down number of articles articles, research reports and gave her input in training modules development.
Anam is also a certified trainer and moderator from German INGO- Fredrich Naumann Foundation and has moderated up to 30 capacity building sessions and Focused Group Discussions (FGDs) on various projects mentioned above.
