This position is primarily responsible for achieving the allocated business targets within a set timeframe and maximizes sales with contribution towards achieving deposits/Bancassurance target of branch under supervision of branch manager. Acts as a direct link with customers and focuses on increasing the new to bank relationships and maintain existing clientele.
Exploring new prospects and generating leads for soliciting deposit and cross sell. Visiting potential customers for generating fresh sales. Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross sell and NTB targets as assigned by the management. To provide marketing material to the prospective customers. To effectively leverage the banks product and service suite in providing maximum utility and service to the customers. To maintain call/visit log on daily basis and to provide progress sheet on weekly basis to the respective TL-Liabilities & Cross sell. To maintain good professional relationship with customers. To explore new references from existing clients. Ensure complete adherence to the Banks approved Sales Process Model.
