Ø Posting in SAP of GIN/GRN issuance before the end of the shift.
Ø Match goods received with delivery notes from suppliers.
Ø Daily manual orders request to plant maintain stock level. Number of inventory days (Stock replenishment)
Ø Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and control movement of finish goods and non-finish goods.
Ø Verify unloaded and received Non-FG and premium items from vendors checked by gatekeeper.
Ø Monthly physical stock count with finance of FG and Non-FG and make reconciliation with system. Find discrepancies in stock.
Ø Distribute non finish goods (premium, marketing items and uniforms) to all concerned department/other warehouse
Ø Stock receive from plant and dispatch to other warehouse as per their requirement on STN.
Ø Accomplish daily perpetual count and identify/analyze immediately differences and discuss it to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Ø Disposal of Damages and expired items. Prepare report and post in system.
Ø Manage warehouse space utilization and FIFO management.

Ø Prepare report of overtime, incentive and Annual leave send to HR dept.
Ø Coordinate with distribution and sales team to deliver additional orders.
Ø Follow up with distribution teams make sure to deliver planned orders to customer.
Ø Receive calls from Customer Service department and Sales team regarding customer complaints and solve it.
Ø Solve the problems in invoices with coordination with concern departments.
Ø Prepare distribution commission and overtime report and provide to line manager.

Ø Post in SAP all return product from markets.

Ø Coordinate with distribution team regarding solve their delivery invoices issues.
Ø Communicate over phone and emails concern department regarding solve distribution issues.

Ø Deal with walk-in customer and provider order with documents.
