Responsibilities

- Devised and implemented systematic communication plans for more than 50 B2B Events, also covering website and other content development and continuous enhancement

- Headed a team of 5 Communication Executives, in order to integrate communication strategy to meet needs that resulted in the clients and sales force always having the right level of information

- To coordinate with Media and Website Division for smooth processing of tasks given by Reporting Heads

- To coordinate with 2nd tier and 3rd tier Management for the execution amp processing of tasks given by Reporting Heads

- To ensure productivity from Communication, Media and Web Division

- To take up all new incoming projects, in order to standardize its communication activity before assigning to a Communication Executive

- Operational Tasks at Karachi Expo Centre Main Information Desk-Manager
Lead and Control the Team of Task Officers during the Event and facilitate the participants and visitors with all kind of queries regarding the different activities on-going in the premises of Expo Centre
