The foreign exposure has given me extraordinary communication skills and made me extremely flexible and adaptable to the need of time. I have supervised, managed and coordinated upto 13 Districts in Punjab Pakistan at one time with upto 90 staff members at a time including Doctors, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Program Assistants, Case Managers, Treatment Coordinators, District Field supervisors, TB Screeners, TB Counselors, GeneXpert Technicians X-ray Technicians.
I have vast experience of conducting specialized trainings for General Practitioners, specialist doctors, Pharmacists and other staff at District levels for different health programs.
Managing & Coordinating the Staff (80 People) at 10 PMDT sites for DR-TB. M&E for all the DR-TB PMDT sites. Regularly reviewing the ENRS files for LTRs & STRs including BPaL / BPaLM treatment regimens. Identifying errors in the record keeping & reporting of all the PMDT sites. Reviewing the daily, weekly, monthly & Quarterly data submissions of all the sites. Conduct trainings to improve & develop staff capacity / skills. The job requires extensive traveling, coordinating, presenting and daily communication activities. Routine Data verification, analysing recording tools & reviewing monthly and Quarterly Reporting tools submitted by all DR-TB Sites is also part of my activities. The job also requires M&E visits to these DR-TB sites for monitoring & Evaluations on a routine basis. The DR-TB sites which I manage, Monitor, Evaluate & Coordinate are located mostly in Teaching Hospitals all over Punjab from Murree to Rahim Yar Khan.
During my tenure here, I taught Pre-clinical & Clinical Medical Subjects including Pathology, Internal Medicine, Community Medicine, Ophthalmology, Histology, Forensic Medicine. My daily responsibilities involved delivering lectures to international medical students studying MBBS. My responsibilities also included conducting guided clinical rotations at affiliated hospitals, conducting practical sessions (histopathology). I was also responsible for setting, correcting & invigilating final examination papers at this Chinese Government Medical University.
