• Review the territory targets and discuss them with distributors in the territory.
• Persuade distributors to make more sales & procure more quantities of tea than previously.
• Facilitate distributors in carrying out various consumer promotional schemes and trade offers
• To enhance sales quality services to customers.
• To make territory structuring route mapping.
• To make journey cycle daily weekly and month and report.
• To improve product image through comparable display with competitors & proper us of POS material.
• To be punctual, neat and organized.
• To cooperate with peers and subordinates.
• To improve selling skills of myself and subordinate.
• To improve motivation level of subordinate.
