PRISM has been serving in Real Estate Business for the last 17 years in Pakistan. Prism group portfolio has investments in real estate and hospitality sector. In the real estate sector, the portfolio consists of trading in commercial and residential properties, construction and sale of high-rise buildings, an upcoming housing society, free hold land, bulk sale deals of other housing societies etc. Projects delivered and currently under development/ construction are Prism Arcade I, II, III, IV, Prism Heights Gulberg, Prism Town Gujar Khan (Upcoming). •Reporting to Chief Executive Officer CEO, responsible for and leading the whole group’s Financial Operations and managing directly a team of 15 qualified team members at different levels.
•Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and other members of the executive management team
•Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures. Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring their accuracy. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local company laws and regulations.
•Managing financial forecasting and budgets, advising on long-term financial planning, raising capital from various sources. Incorporation of upcoming projects into the current business model and assessing their impacts over the next 4 to 5 years.
•Manage complete group structure including company hierarchies, new registrations, parent and subsidiaries, flow of funds between entities, handling their impacts on taxation.
•Managing complete tax policy of group, long term and short-term tax planning, supervision of all statutory filings and compliances related to annual income tax returns, withholding tax, sales tax, SECP etc. Managing various litigation matters of group related to tax and other legal affairs.
•Managing the risk management framework of group, estimating risk budgets, developing strategies to hedge/ mitigate these risks, developing detailed procedures to implement these strategies in operations.
•Complete supervision of company policies of Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations, Financial Management, Human Resource, IT infrastructure, Staff Welfare, Vehicle Buyouts.
•Managing the IT infrastructure of the group. Integration of Synology NAS in the file servers. Managing all the access to file servers, keeping the data in a structured form, easy to understand, no duplication or unnecessary copies of files. Proper daily backups automation to local storages and multiple clouds.
•Ensuring that the organization's financial records are accurate and that audits are conducted on a timely basis.

Group had a total valuation of PKR 30 billion.

of construction and development projects valued above PKR 52 billion (New Lahore City 45 billion, Zaitoon City 7 billion) which
